    These terms and conditions govern your use of Quick Tap Rugby's website and ticket purchasing services. By accessing our website and purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  2. Ticket Purchases

  • All tickets sold through Quick Tap Rugby are subject to availability

  • Prices are listed in ZAR and include applicable taxes

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking

  • We accept payments through Ikhokha payment provider

  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during purchase

  1. Ticket Delivery and Collection

  • E-tickets will be sent to your registered email address

  • Physical tickets, where applicable, will be delivered to the address provided

  • Delivery fees may apply and will be clearly displayed before purchase

  • Some tickets may require collection at the venue with valid ID

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Tickets are generally non-refundable unless an event is cancelled

  • If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days

  • Postponed events will be valid for the rescheduled date

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used

  1. Resale Policy

  • Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited unless through our official resale platform

  • Tickets found to be resold through unauthorized channels may be cancelled

  • The original purchaser remains responsible for their tickets

  1. Event Entry

  • Tickets must be presented in good condition at the venue

  • Each ticket is valid for one person only

  • The venue reserves the right to refuse entry

  • Late arrival may result in delayed or refused entry

  1. Prohibited Items and Behaviour

  • Photography and recording equipment may be restricted

  • Dangerous or illegal items are prohibited

  • Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund

  • Specific venue rules must be followed

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • Your data will be used only for ticket processing and event communications

  • We implement security measures to protect your information

  1. Website Usage

  • The website may be unavailable during maintenance periods

  • We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control

  • Users must not attempt to interfere with website functionality

  1. Liability

  • Quick Tap Rugby is not liable for personal injury or loss at events

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets

  • Our liability is limited to the face value of the purchased tickets

  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting

  • Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of changes

  1. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

  2. Dispute Resolution
    In the event of any dispute:

  • The parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation

  • If negotiation fails, the matter may be referred to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) for mediation

  • Should mediation be unsuccessful, the dispute shall be heard in either the Magistrate's Court or the High Court of South Africa, depending on the quantum and nature of the claim

  • The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the High Court having jurisdiction under section 28 of the Supreme Court Act of 1959

  • The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal costs on an attorney and client scale
